The methodology I use consists in detecting patterns of tactical, technical, physical and cognitive actions during a football match, and to train the adjustment in the intensity that each player must apply in performing the functions required according to his own characteristics and his location within the field. As a result, the process of understanding the importance of the individual action of each player gets easier so you can fit your own style of play into the construction of the collective game with more efficency.
