About Allison
I have been playing since I was 3. I’ve played all the way up until high school and got offers to play in college. I have played on the advanced team in my club, and was captain 4 years in a row.
I have also coached soccer for kids aged 5-10. I am comfortable working with children older or younger than this age range.
I played defensive center mid, center back, left back, and keeper. My specialty is defensive, foot skills, and free kicks. However, I have coached for offensive positions and have worked with children on their scoring abilities.
I am well rounded with the game and extremely knowledgeable in the sport.

You learn by watching me. I have been taught this way, and it is what worked for me. We’ll do exercising that I will be completely hands on with. I will do every exercise with you, and we’ll do it together. That way, you can see exactly how it should be done and I can see exactly what you need help with.
In a group setting, there will be a lot of sample games, because I feel that playing a game setting will help you see what you’re best at and what you need help with.
Fitness is a huge part of the game, and that will be part of the lessons. Even with the young children I coached, they always ended with some running or some fitness, such as abs.
Most importantly, I will teach you that the biggest part of the game is to have fun. Lessons with me with always be fun.
