I have a background in establishing and developing a wide range of businesses and not-for-profit organisations. I have been providing training in these areas for the last fifteen years and have worked with hundreds of people abroad, at adult colleges in the UK and in the community.

I adopt an interactive method of teaching where students are encouraged to put forward their ideas and together we work through them. I like to build on students' unique experiences and will accommodate different learning needs and styles. Plans presented enables students to focus on and work towards achieving their personal goals.
