About Hope
I am a university student and I study Psychology and Sociology and volunteer with a mental health service as I am very passionate about mental health. I also work as a carer and I work with elderly people and support in ways I feel can help them.

My teaching method is very interactive I would create slides and quizzes to help my students. I would also ask very practical questions to ensure that my students receive optimum results. And I would give techniques that can help my students implement what they've been taught into their everyday lives.
