About Thomas
I’m Thomas Oliveira, an independent artist from Brazil I was raised playing guitar, bass and singing in church from an early age. Songwriting has always been a passion of mine, and I find great joy in helping people bring their ideas to life or develop songs they have already started.
I love exploring different genres, experimenting with new sounds and discovering different ways of expressing ideas through music.

I teach songwriting through a simple and practical approach focused on storytelling, observation and creativity. We explore everyday experiences, emotions and the world around us as sources of inspiration, using different creative tools and songwriting techniques to turn ideas into lyrics, melodies and songs.
I have been teaching songwriting for over 2 years and have taught more than 100 people through group and individual songwriting classes. I also studied Music Production at ICMP, which has helped me develop a broader understanding of how songs are created and developed.
Lessons are around 50 minutes and are relaxed, practical and adapted to each student. All levels are welcome, from complete beginners to more experienced songwriters, and I teach students of all ages.
My goal is to help you develop your own creative voice and feel more confident turning your ideas into songs.
