Sophie is enthusiastic about languages and interacting with people from all backgrounds - her network truly spans the globe! She is competent in language instruction and translation, but it is her openness and genuineness that really sets her apart. It is a pleasure working with her.
As promised, a quick note to say how impressed we were with the help you gave our son in preparing for his French oral GCSE. You were able to come to give a lesson at very short notice (just a couple of days) and were always very punctual for lessons. Our son found you gave him a lot of confidence in preparing for his oral and your advice was very clear. I would thoroughly recommend your lessons".
I have been working with Sophie on my French language skills for 4 years with excellent results. Sophie has a strong focus on the person's individual skills and style; she is working with great enthusiasm and motivation.
Without a doubt, Sophie's language teaching skills are on a very high level and I can certainly recommend working with her.
We employed Sophie to help our son to gain confidence with his oral French for his IGCSEs. He really enjoyed the lessons and she helped him enormously, not only with his speaking but in the written work as well. He achieved an A* grade which we were all delighted with."
I know he would not have achieved his A* without your help - so thank you once again.
Dear Sophie, I'm sure you'll be pleased to know that Ali got an A* in all his GCSEs. Thank you very much for your help with his French. I'll pass on your details to any other parent who is looking for a French tutor.'
August 2013, Beckenham
Thank you for all the help you have given me. I feel a lot more confident now. Your help has made a lot of difference. Fingers crossed now'. Max GCSE French,
Sophie provided me with one-to-one French language tuition to help me improve my communication and performance at board meeting in Paris. Throughout the sessions, Sophie was engaging, professional and just importantly she was good fun to work with. I subsequently engaged Sophie to provide the same service for one of my team with equally impressive results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her."
