About Tanja
Hello, future students! I’m excited to connect with you from New Zealand. I’m an experienced ESOL/TEFL primary teacher with nine and a half years of teaching experience in China. I specialize in Grade 1 and 2, focusing on phonics, early reading, and school readiness. I love creating engaging, learner-centered lessons that help young learners build confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
When I’m not teaching, I enjoy traveling, art, and staying active with sports. My cute dog keeps me smiling every day! I’m looking forward to starting this learning journey with you and exploring the wonders of the English language together.
