About Toby
As an ITF Taekwondo Black Belt with over 4 years of teaching experience, I have steadily built a network of loyal students that have gone on to pass their ITF Tae Kwon-do exams. Helping people that have little to no experience of martial arts and watching them develop new levels they did not know were possible has been the most rewarding experience in my career so far. However my style of teaching is not just for those who seek to earn colour belts, it is also for people who seek to get fit and unlock new potential in themselves.

Throughout 24 years of Taekwondo training I have developed a fitness routine that focuses on strength, speed and flexibility along with a knowledge of the most practical techniques to use in real-life combat scenarios. There are many misconceptions about what real Taekwondo is (it is far from just a kicking art!). Whether your goal is to get in shape, lose weight or become more capable of defending yourself, my classes will have your cardio, flexibility, balance, strength and speed all elevated to new levels through padwork, full-body work-outs and self-defense practice.
Suitable for children and adults alike. Lesson lengths are between 45 mins to an hour depending on the age of student.
