I worked with camilo back in 2019/2020. He was a trainer at the call center I worked at and, besides creating content for the training, he would also make sure to answer our questions after the training once we were on the "floor". Since this was my first call center experience, I was very stressed during my first calls. Camilo was very human and had a great understanding of the complexity of talking to a customer who is frustrated and was very solution-oriented. He's an expert at de-escalating tense situations and always generous with his knowledge. He's great at comparing situation and/or giving well explained exemples so I don't forget specific procedures in the future. I would 100% recommend his services!
