As I said before, my teaching methodology is all about practice since minute 0. Mistakes is what we learn from, we should not be scared, such the opposite, we should embrace them and learm from them.
With just little notions of Spanish, you'll quickly get to understand and speak it.
I just finished high school in the arts modality, and I'm currently a receptionist in Birmingham. I've given private lessons before to younger kids for them to pass their exams, but what I've always loved is a different way of teaching and learning, more practical and real life-like.
This is why I think that the best way of learning a language is jumping right into it, not being afraid of making mistakes (we all do, there's nothing wrong with it), and start listening and speaking in a natural and real life-like way.
