Spanish Native Speaking Student at Durham offers help to Modern Languages Students doing Spanish and Catalan
Methodology
My teaching method is designed to meet the specific needs of each student, be it their course or the particular aspect of the language the student wants to improve. Lessons are usually structured along the following lines:
Phonetics
Pronunciation
Listening
Speaking
Grammar
Writing and spelling
Vocabulary
In addition, I like to help students explore the Spanish/Catalan language and culture in their own time with resources I could provide them.
Experience
I am a Combined Honours in Social Sciences student in my fourth and final year and a native speaker in both Spanish and Catalan. I have already given private lessons in Spanish, but I'm more than happy to offer help in improving your Catalan. I am particularly interested in language learning. Having come from a multilingual background, I have learnt five languages, all to a fluent level: Spanish, Catalan, English, Italian and French.
