As I said, I have been in the same school for the past 12 years and have built great relationships, which remain, with many of my former students.
As a teacher I want to know who my student is as I believe a good personal relationship is key to learning.

With today's students being so well versed in technology I try to use varied sources to enhance the learning experience. As immersion is the best way to learn a new language a student may be asked to watch a telenovela and translate a scene.
The goal is to find how the student learns best and find as many sources to fortify what helps them.
