Methodology

whilst some of my students prefer to fill the time with intensive learning, I am a strong believer in the Pomodoro technique, giving the student the chance to take a short break every 25 minutes. I like to spend a lot of time listening to the greats and working out of workbooks.

Experience

I completed my Pre-U music course with an A* and am a competent grade 8 singer and trumpet player. My Piano background is jazz orientated, playing at gigs, workshops and concerts. I have taught students and friends who enjoy my approach to teaching and have gone on to specialise in music.
