About Rebecca
I have lived in Mallorca, Spain all my life. I was educated there up until GCSE’s and then moved to England to do A levels and I’m currently at Surrey University doing a Bioveterinary Degree. Once I finished my A levels I did 3 weeks of work experience as a teacher. I taught Spanish to pupils in Y3 to Y9 as well as GCSE and A levels students. During this time I was doing both written and oral work with the students. I am fluent in English, Spanish and Catalan enabling me to communicate with pupils easily. I really enjoy teaching and giving other people the chance to learn a language. I understand that all students have different ways of learning a language or a science and I am very flexible and change my teaching methods in order to suit the student. In addition, in the summer of 2020 I have been accepted to volunteer in Fiji. The aim of this organization is to break down poverty barriers through sport and education. For this reason I am looking to raise funds to cover the costs of my voluntary work in Fiji. So all my earnings from teaching will go towards this.
