About Ainara
Hi! My name is Ainara, I’m 33 years old and originally from Barcelona, Spain. I’ve spent most of my life working with children in different environments, including schools, private tutoring, and as an artistic roller skating coach. Teaching and supporting others has always been a big passion of mine.
I love sports, nature, and staying active, and I’ve been living in Brisbane for the past 6.5 years. During this time, I’ve worked for many years as a nanny, which helped me develop strong communication and caring skills with children and families from different backgrounds. Currently, I work as a venue manager in a busy rooftop venue, where I’ve gained valuable experience managing people, multitasking, and creating positive experiences for customers.
I’m a very kind, open-minded, and approachable person who enjoys meeting new people and learning from different cultures and experiences. Inclusion and respect are very important values to me, and I always aim to create a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable and encouraged.

My teaching approach is based on practical, engaging lessons that place students in real-life situations so they can use Spanish naturally and confidently from the very beginning. I focus on conversation, listening, and interactive exercises tailored to each student’s goals, whether they want to improve everyday communication, travel vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, or academic Spanish. I believe students learn best through participation, consistency, and a supportive environment adapted to their pace and learning style.
My lessons typically last between 1 and 1.5 hours, allowing enough time to combine speaking practice, grammar explanation, vocabulary development, and interactive activities without feeling rushed.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education from Barcelona and have more than 5 years of teaching experience working with students of all ages, from toddlers to adults. In addition to classroom teaching, I have extensive experience giving private lessons in a variety of subjects, which has helped me develop flexible teaching methods adapted to each learner’s needs.
I offer Spanish lessons for students of all ages and all levels, from complete beginners to advanced learners. Whether you are learning Spanish for school, work, travel, exams, or personal interest, I adapt each lesson to help you progress confidently and enjoy the learning process.
