About Cederia
Hello friends! I am a certified Spanish/ESOL teacher and I am very excited to have the privilege of teaching on this platform. I am a mother of five boys and I enjoy spending time with my family. I have 20 years of teaching experience and I absolutely LOVE working with students. I obtained a BA in Spanish with a minor in Early Childhood Education, an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership, and an Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of South Carolina. I also obtained a second M.Ed. from Southern Wesleyan University. I have done various studies on how children learn language. I found that students learn best and have a higher retention rate when they have an opportunity to use visual, physical, and verbal modalities simultaneously. Students enjoy learning when they are engaged and enjoying the learning process. As a result, I strive to create exciting classes that are educational and fun. I hope to see you in the classroom.

Students will learn as they engage in interactive games, interact with our hilarious puppet friend Allie the Alligator, and experience tons of fun while learning language. The curriculum was designed by the instructor, Dr. Campbell. She has taught Spanish at the elementary level for over 20 years. Dr. Campbell has a BA in Spanish, M.Ed. in Teaching and Learning, and an EdD. in curriculum and instruction. She is currently completing a third M.Ed. in language and literacy. She enjoys watching students grow, learn, and develop a love for learning.
