About Mikel
I am a university student currently undertaking an Economics and Finance degree. During my last year at school I became a part of the school's mentoring committee and provided one to one lessons to a younger student.
As a native Spanish speaker with an A* in A-level Spanish my aim will be to help anyone wanting to improve their written and/or spoken Spanish, whether the student's objective is to carry out an exam or to simply learn Spanish ahead of a vacation.

My past experience as a tutor taught me that being patient and having the ability to emphasise with the student's situation and thinking process are the best way to fully comprehend why the student is having trouble understanding a specific topic. This is my particular teaching method:
-Getting to know the level of the student.
-Applying a practical theoretical method (including examples and interactive conversation).
-Always making sure that the topics of conversation and the improvements in the understanding of gramatical norm can be associated to aspects of real life.
-Quiz every now and then to track progress.
