About Victoria
I am a dedicated, experienced elementary special education teacher passionate about helping students grow academically and build confidence. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (PreK–4) and Special Education (PreK–12) from West Chester University. I have experience teaching reading, writing, math, science, and social studies to students with diverse learning needs.
I strive to create a positive, patient, and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I understand that every child learns differently, so I adapt my teaching methods to meet each student’s individual strengths and needs. My goal is to help students feel successful, confident, and excited about learning.

Patient, supportive, and individualized instruction based on each student’s needs. I use visuals, manipulatives, hands-on activities, modeling, repetition, step-by-step instruction, and positive reinforcement.
Begin with a review, introduce and model a new skill, practice the skill together, and then allow the student to practice independently. I check for understanding throughout and adjust instruction as needed.
As an elementary special education teacher, I have experience adapting lessons, providing accommodations, and breaking challenging concepts into smaller, manageable steps. I focus on building both academic skills and confidence.
