Methodology
I believe each student has the right and capacity to learn. I also believe that every student deserves the opportunity to learn at their own pace and in their own way. If something does not work for me, I am flexible to work around it as long as it words for the student! I use common core standards and character development standards to drive my instruction.
Experience
I am a special education teacher. I have been teaching for 9 years to many children with ages ranging from toddlers to 8th grade. I use positive reinforcement, engagement techniques, and personalized learning plans to meet each students' individual goals. My students have learned so much throughout the years to be amazing readers and problem solvers, as well as incredible members of society!
