About Tracy
I have 15 years of school experience including mainstream and pupil referral units. I have supported children with multiple learning difficulties and cognitive conditions as well as medical ailments such as encephalitis. . I have worked with children who have various learning disabilities including, global delay, ASD, ADHD, ADD, Epilepsy, Dyslexia, emotional trauma, eating disorders, D.V. and phobias. I have worked with mild to severe ASD using play as an educational and emotional intervention program, planning activities to address challenging behaviour and learning styles. I plan lessons to suit individual learning styles incorporating play to provide unique lessons that are easier to process. All clients have made progress and improved levels achieving higher grades than anticipated in key stage 2 sats.

I am a qualified play work practitioner and a Certified Practitioner of Therapeutic Play Skills. I work with individuals who have cognitive conditions including; ADHD, Dyslexia, ASD etc. I use play to deliver early years, key stage 1 and 2 curriculum, combining formal education with play, adapting materials and intervention programmes to meet individual needs. This makes learning fun and easier to process information.
