Madlen is an awesome yoga teacher, who has tailored my sessions to my personal needs, such as better posture, flexibility and mobility.

Madlen is very friendly and has a relaxed, clam, soft tone when conducting the session. She is also very knowledgeable in the yoga space and is an inspiration to maintaining a healthy mind and body through yoga.
