About Conrado
Hello! I am Conrado. My main training is as an environmental engineer. For 8 years I have been a consultant and advisor, and in the last 3 years I have specialized in topics of cognition / consciousness, well-being and human ecology. I enjoy helping people find what they are truly looking for.

The sessions are designed to help you understand and improve the decision-making processes that allow you to promote balance in your life. The most important thing is that it is not a theory course, but an orientation and accompaniment to apply it directly to what you do and to your daily affairs, such as work, relationships with other people and with the environment.
[ N] I recommend starting with a program of 4 sessions, with which we describe and analyze the main balance factors in our lives, from a human ecology approach (environment, personal relationships and consciousness), some contemplation exercises are practiced to help improve aspects such as attention, relaxation and patience. And at the end it is sought that you have tools and basic notions so that you can better manage yourself in time and with your circumstances.
