About Rhythm
Hello, my name is Rhythm. I am a dancer and dance instructor for 17 years from Japan. I have a bachelor and master degree of arts and art management. I have learned Ballet, Jazz and Contemporary dance. Trained with Alvin Ailey Dance Company, Juilliard University, Martha Graham Dance School, Trisha Brown Dance Company. Besides dance training, I have experience organizing art projects and events such as collaboration performances with paint, music, sculpture, calligraphy, projection mapping and Japanese essence -Noh-. Also, as a Pilates instructor, I am very familiar with anatomy and body structure.

To become a good dancer, you always need basic training, but as a beginner, only basic training isn’t always fun to motivate yourself. In my class, Contemporary class: Choreograph the song you like and complete dancing with your favorite song. K-pop class: Completely copy the choreography of your favorite group or song. Pilates and stretch exercise class: focus on your body anatomy and posture. Become a good dancer quickly and improve skills!
