About Patrick
I am a sport and exercise student specialising in physiology, nutrition and exercise programming. I have competed to a professional level in muay Thai and am a qualified personal trainer having experience developing strength and conditioning programs for combat athletes and 5 a side football teams. I have also advised exercise and nutritional programs for special populations e.g diabetics and cancer rehabilitation.
