CIAO! I’m Alice Sport has always been a huge part of my life, and I love everything about movement, training, health and feeling strong. This passion led me to become a Sports Massage Therapist and understand just how important recovery is for performance and everyday wellbeing. The more I trained, the more I became fascinated by how the body responds, recovers and adapts. That curiosity pushed me to learn more, so I could help others recover well, move freely and stay active doing what they love. Every treatment is tailored to you, your body and your goals. Whether you’re training hard, playing sport, dealing with injuries or simply wanting to feel better, I’ve got your back! 🦾

I provide professional Sports massage for active individuals, office workers, gym-goers and athletes looking to move better, recover faster and reduce muscular tension.
Every treatment is tailored to your body and goals, whether you’re dealing with tight muscles, training fatigue, restricted movement or simply want to stay on top of your recovery. Using targeted sports massage and deep tissue techniques treatments focus on relieving tension, improving mobility and supporting physical performance.
Whether you’re training hard, preparing for an event or recovering after a demanding week, my goal is to help you keep your body moving and performing at its best.
Qualifications:
- ITEC Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist.
- BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Advanced Soft Tissue Therapy (in Progress)
- Cupping therapy
- Level 3 Personal Trainer
