About John
I'm a qualified STA Level 2 , Open Water swim coach. My sessions are 1-2-1 for both new swimmers wanting to gain open water confidence, to experienced swimmers wanting to achieve a more efficient and effective technique. Open Water coached and qualified by Keri-anne Payne, Olympic silver medalist and two time world champion and also technique coached by Tracey Baumann, ex- Master Coach at Total Immersion.

I teach a relaxed, effortless and efficient freestyle technique which help you to be relaxed and smooth in the water and able to swim log distance injury free. My goal is to get more people to enjoy the physical and mental benefits of swimming in the open water and to help you develop a relaxed and effortless swimming technique.
