About Lauris
Native of the south, I have been in PARIS for 10 years. - I obtained my BPJEPS STATE DEGREE in form and strength 4 years ago in order to become an indoor fitness teacher which allows me to meet and discuss with many people. - At the same time, I obtained my YOGA TEACHER'S DEGREE in order to best teach this discipline so rich and so beautiful. - Also I passed my B1 and B3 from ZUMBA which gives me the title of ZUMBA instructor (a cardio dance class). - Finally alongside, I created and developed a customer base for particular coaching because the teaching of proximity and the exchange with the human being are for me a priority in my job.

Choosing a personal coach is above all an exchange and human contact. With all my professional experiences, I know how to adapt to each and everyone. Constantly smiling, our sessions will take place in a good mood. My goal is therefore to adapt to each one as best as possible, to guide you, motivate you, help you seek the best of yourself to lead you to your goals (weight loss, strengthening, inner well-being. .) During our sessions you will observe a progression of your capacities which will always give you this motivation and this desire to practice. Getting in shape will transform your body for the better, enhancing your self-confidence and motivation and improving your health. I will provide and teach you: _ the support and encouragement you need to develop your potential to its fullest. _ good postures and adequate movements, _ pedagogy and knowledge in terms of nutrition associated with training. I coach you at home, outdoors, alone or accompanied by your friends or colleagues! A session lasts an hour on average. Do not hesitate to contact for more information!

Je la recommande les yeux fermésLauris est une superprof car elle prend le temps de bien connaître la personne en face d'elle. Elle est pédagogue et sait parfaitement s'adapter aux objectifs de chacun. Plus qu'une prof elle est devenue une personne sur laquelle je peux compter en cas de coup de mou.
