About Thays
I work as an English teacher in a community project of mine in my neighborhood. We have been with this project for 3 months and the class consists of 15 students. The age group is mainly concentrated in high school students, with some younger still in elementary school. I lead the class in a way that everyone gains, regardless of age. It was observed by the students a significant improvement in the grades of the English course of the college, after the beginning of the project.

I use complete handout with 80 entry level lessons plus 80 intermediate level lessons. Each class has an average duration of 2 hours, and in the first 30 minutes, I explain the new content. Then we have an average time of 45 minutes to solve the exercises and another 45 minutes for correction and reading with the students, to train the conversation.
