About Carenza
I went vegetarian 8 years ago, to NO surprise from my parents. It was just something that suited me best.
I am now vegan (since I became intolerant to eggs and dairy) but I have had phases of pescatarianism and vegetarianism. I have cooked entirely for myself for the past four/five years and love doing it!
I am no chef, but I am good at ensuring I get all the essential good groups on a student budget. Vegan/vegetarian cooking does NOT have to be expensive to be healthy.

My teaching, much like my cooking, is based on making things as easy as possible and sticking to a budget.
I won't give you recipes; I will give you skills to feed yourself and keep yourself healthy.
I myself struggle with some health issues, including eczema, allergies and IBS. So, if anyone else is also struggling with those issues, I can be of assistance there too!
