So basically my teaching method is to make the students understand the concept first and then when the students read the subjects two to three times automatically it's gets stored in their brain and whatever taken in the previous class will be compulsorily given as a test in the next class and students who fail to write the test properly will be made to sit an extra hour and study the needed portions. It is mandatory for the students to communicate only in English strictly inside the class. Monthly question papers will be prepared by myself and will be given as a test . In the final exam students who Perform very well may get a reduction in the tuition fee as an appreciation.
