About Zayana
I am Zayana , a Yr12 in sixth form. After attaining almost straight 9's with minimal effort, I have helped and tutored many young people to move up from 4s and 5s to 8s and 9s, something i managed to achieve with my younger brother as well. I am passionate about English and my ability to mark and assess papers, allows students to be able to improve in a targeted and personalised way , where they cans see mistakes which they may notbe able to see themselves. What helped me achieve top marks was being able to review my work effectively ,and I firmly believe that with my help , students can gain help to develop and unlock more original and innovative ideas which Youtube help sites such as MrBruff or Salles , won't be able to do due to the sheer amount of students all using the same repetitive structure and ideas which may unfortunately lower their potential and ability to get the top grades which they would like.

As a student in sixth form myself, I know how important it is to maintain an interest in a pupil when teaching them .This means that I completely understand the neccessity of challenging children in an encouraging way , which teachers may not be able to do due to the large capacity of students, meaning most students will not be able to attain the extra understanding they need and the help to achieve theit top potential.Throughout my high school years , i have attained top marks (30/30) in all of my English Literature essays and my lanaguage papers(40/40), and after attaining such marks , I had realised the true success behind truly achievning your fullest potential of grades is to truly understand and absorb the text where the words are not memmorised ,but instead taken in in such a way that when one writes , the words and literary technques flow in a streamlined fashion and this can only be accomplished by completely unedratnding the power of each word , something which I stress in all of my tutoring lessons.I assess the child's ability and work with their thoughts and talents, helping them improve and flourish in a fun and tailored experience. My teaching methods will be tailored to each student , but will most definitely include past paper questions , specially constructed unique questions, as well as me marking and offering detailed and elaborate feedback on thier homework essays or any extra work which they would like to give me , because as thier tutor , it is my responsibilty to ensure that my methods and approaches are truly benefiting thier mAarks and grades , as well as ensuring my student is comfortable in how they are improving and being able to finish their tasks . Being a tutor , I want to challenge my students , and despite going to an 'Outstanding' high school , I am aware of how some students may not find their
tecaher's approach helpful for their academic ability and their individual pace , something which a private tutor and a face to face session can really help in. Whatever your level or abilities , my firm belief is that with enough hard work and tailored advice and exam marking , one can truly achieve their full potential .
