About Clara
I have always been passionate about English, which is why I chose to pass a language-oriented baccalaureate: I passed the Cambridge Certificate B1 in the second year, I joined the European course section. history of the English-speaking world in English, and got my bachelor's degree mention very well English enhanced option. I did a language study trip in Germany for 3 months where I helped the children of a German family in French and English, which made me want to be a teacher. I have just finished my first year of English-German LLCER (Language, Literature, Foreign and Regional Civilization) in order to become a language teacher or linguist. Above all, I hope to convey my love for grammar (which is not as bad as it seems) but also for the English-speaking world in general.

I consider that language teaching can be tailor-made, because each student has his own background, his own difficulties and interests. However, the first step in learning a language is always to approach grammar. This is off-putting for most students, but I am passionate about it, and I hope to make it a favorite of my future students because it is "way more fun" than we think! It is only after a basic linguistic knowledge that the beginner can then enrich his vocabulary to be able to provide a constructed and perfectly idiomatic speech, as well as to understand an English native, that is to say to maintain a conversation. This second step (first for intermediate students, unless they wish to address more complex grammar concepts like phonetics, accents ... that I would do with joy) is done gradually, and I find it more effective when it passes by the interests of a student (for music, sport, cinema ... even literature, politics ...): that's why I want to adapt to each student, not only in terms of his personal difficulties in English learning (problems in school), but also in its special interests that makes learning more fun (also for students who want to complete their learning at school, which provides a teaching limited of the English-speaking world).
