About Iwan
Spending most of my life in the UK and Australia, it was seeing the differences in culture and dialect between these two countries that got me interested in the English language. Combined with my love for reading, this fostered a passion for literature. It was during my Bachelor's degree that I decided I would like to teach this subject at an academic level, and, after graduating with First-class honours, I was further encouraged by receiving an 'Award for Research Excellence' for my university dissertation. I am now completing an MA in English Literary Studies at Durham, but, in the meantime, I would like to gain some experience in helping others to develop their own skills!
