About Lily
I am a guitar teacher with 6 years of experience helping students succeed in bands. I hold an Associate of Arts in Guitar Fundamentals. This education supports my performance-based teaching style. I specialize in ensemble playing and live performance. Preparation is key. I focus on rhythmic tightness and timing. Students learn how to lock in with a band. Listening skills are developed carefully. Ensemble awareness is essential. Stage presence is practiced intentionally. Confidence grows through preparation. I help students understand live performance dynamics. Adaptability is always encouraged. Creative collaboration is part of every lesson. Guitarists learn how to share musical ideas. I guide students through rehearsal strategies. My teaching style is focused and encouraging. Growth happens steadily. I work with beginners and advancing players. Lessons are goal-oriented. Musical excellence is always emphasized. Guitar becomes part of a collective sound. Performing together feels natural. Confidence builds over time. Ensemble playing becomes second nature.

My teaching approach helps guitarists develop a unique soloing voice. I balance creativity with technical mastery. Fundamentals are always the base. Technique creates freedom. Lead guitar soloing is developed step by step. Students learn how to craft meaningful solos. Improvisation skills grow naturally. Scales are tools, not limits. Phrasing is treated like storytelling. Every note matters. I emphasize bends and vibrato. These techniques add emotion. Blues and rock styles are explored deeply. Tone shaping is always discussed. I encourage exploration without pressure. Personal style is valued. I support students who want to push their limits. Confidence builds with guided practice. Structure keeps lessons focused. Creativity stays open. Mistakes are learning tools. Each lesson is personalized. Growth feels consistent. Technique supports expression. Soloing becomes confident. You’ll be shredding with confidence.
