Siddhi ma'am invests her hundred percent on her students. Her teaching methodology is very fine itself - she asks students to read a chapter from book, then she quizzes the students from the book in very very detail, after which comes the classwork. Plus, she also gets the student to maintain a homework index, where she gives homework every single day. With time, a student gets ahead of school coursework, and is confident that he knows stuff.
