About Zubiya
I am a student who has completed her undergraduate degree in Economics (3 yrs) from Jamia Millia Islamia. Since I started studying Economics in my highschool, I have found Economics really intriguing and always liked to share my learnings with my siblings. In my undergraduate, I led the JMI chapter of the student organization- Global Association of Economics Education which aimed to impart knowledge of Economics among students. Now, that I am in my Masters programme, I want to continue my work in imparting the knowledge directly to young students.

Given the beautiful essence of Economics, it is imperative for students to find the subject relatable and applicable in their real life decisions. The knowledge of Economics, according to me, is a life skill without which no individual can make well-informed Economic decisions.
My personal approach to teaching includes giving a lot of real-life examples including day to day decisions, news reading etc. I also try my best to ensure that the person understands the concept, questions it, instead of simply mugging it up as the best buildings are built on the strongest foundations.
