I am a international baccalaureate student who has been interested and training in wellness for the last year. I have recently published a book to help others with their mental health and I run a side business where I sell healing crystals.

I am very calm and collected when I teach others. I use a range of techniques so that I can help everyone find their own way of finding positivity and calm in their lives. I like to use breathing exercises and lots of different equipment such as crystals and yoga.
