About Mabel
I’m currently a university STEM student with a strong interest in chem and physics, and I really enjoy helping others understand concepts that once confused me too. I’m patient, friendly, and always try to create a comfortable environment. Since I recently completed many of these courses myself, I understand the challenges students face and explain things in a simple, relatable way.

My goal as a tutor is to make learning less stressful and easier to understand. I know everyone learns differently, so I try to explain things in a way that matches each student’s pace and learning style. I’m really patient, and I want students to feel comfortable asking questions without feeling embarrassed.
Usually, lessons start with going over what the student is learning in class or what they’re struggling with. Then we work through examples and practice questions together until it starts making more sense. I also like sharing study tips and easier ways to approach problems. I think what makes me different is that I recently took a lot of these classes myself, so I understand what students find confusing and how to explain it in a more simple and relatable way.
My lessons are mostly for elementary, middle school, and high school students who want help with school, homework, test prep, or just feeling more confident in class.
