About Barbara
I chose to graduate in Pedagogy, just to deepen in literacy and didactics. It's no use just knowing how to speak English, if you do not know how to teach, do you? Eternally in love with Piaget and constructivism, I believe that knowledge is a personal construction of the student, and that the teacher is only the mediator of this process, OR BE: we will always discuss in the classroom subjects that are interesting to you, that you already has some knowledge, so that the new language is inserted in its personal context. It's much easier to learn that way, I swear. I currently use a kit that is composed of course book and exercise book (the value is very affordable, fluctuates between $ 80, $ 120, for being imported) according to their level. It's very colorful, intuitive, has audio support (in app) in almost every exercise, and my students' response has been wonderful. In addition to this material, I usually take extra activities, such as interesting articles, videos, songs ... What fits within the theme addressed to make our times are as light as possible!
