My teaching method is very simple....first of all I make the students comfortable so that they don’t hesitate or feel shy to ask any question further to me , by doing friendship with them basically a friendly talk with them and in the first few sessions I mostly have a interactive session with them so that I can understand them more and then I try to know in which language they are more comfortable in and finally when I start teaching I follow all these steps
