About Daisy
Hi, I’m Daisy Connor! I’m currently a university student studying Accounting and Finance at the University of Nottingham. I’m friendly, approachable and passionate about helping others succeed. I have a genuine interest in Psychology and love making difficult topics easier to understand. I’m patient and encouraging, and I always aim to create a comfortable environment where students feel confident asking questions and developing their skills.

My online lessons are for Year 12 and Year 13 AQA Psychology students. I can support students with:
- Understanding and learning AQA Psychology content
- Improving 8, 12 and 16 mark exam answers
- AO1, AO2 and AO3 skills
- Essay structure and evaluation
- Exam technique and revision strategies
- Breaking down difficult topics into simple explanations
I am currently studying accounting and finance at the University of Nottingham, I achieved an A* in AQA A-Level Psychology and have a special interest in the subject. Additionally, I achieved AA in maths and biology.
I participated in a college mentoring programme, where I mentored and supported younger students studying A-Level Psychology. I helped them understand challenging topics, develop their exam technique and build confidence in their knowledge. This experience strengthened my ability to explain complex ideas clearly and adapt my teaching to each student’s needs.
My lessons are relaxed, friendly and tailored to each student's individual needs. Whether you're struggling with a particular topic, want help with essay writing, or are aiming to push your grade higher, I'll adapt lessons to suit you.
