I am pursuing BALLB from Apeejay Stya University. I play boxing. I have won gold medal in youth state 2018, gold medal in regional school games 2016 and bronze in national school games 2016.I have started healthy life from a very early age and now I am more into it.

My teaching method is to first give them a proper idea of what fitness and healthy lifestyle is all about. I will give them a proper theoretical knowledge of what nutrients and vitamins are for and why are they important after that will teach them how to apply fitness in our lifestyle by various examples and tasks.
