Everyone learns differently! My methods include understanding the ritual of dance, finding your center, balancing your energy, and setting intentions before beginning. I utilize visuals, sounds, and more alongside physical movements learning. A typical class would begin with setting intentions, energy balancing, some history and theory, stretching and yoga, practicing balance and intention, and then learning belly dance movements and drilling them. The class ends with a short choreography putting some toes together and learning confidence! I am your biggest supporter! Lessons are for beginners and anyone wanting to brush up on fundamentals and basics!
