I am a certified Yoga Instructor from SVYASA university!
As part of my yoga training, I learnt asanas, sukshma vyayama, pranayam, trataka, chantings, four types of yoga, Stress management and cyclic meditation. I can help students learn yoga, pranayam, mediation and basic chanting based on requirement.
