About Hong Ming
I am a patient and structured tutor who believes every child can understand mathematics with the right guidance. I enjoy helping young students build strong foundations and gain confidence step by step.
I am calm, supportive, and attentive to each child’s learning pace. I understand that some students feel anxious about math, and I aim to create a safe and encouraging environment during lessons.
Teaching allows me to make a meaningful difference by helping students develop clear thinking skills that will benefit them beyond examinations.

I specialise in teaching Primary school Mathematics through structured and clear explanations. I focus on strengthening core foundations, especially number sense, problem-solving skills, and understanding of key concepts.
Many students struggle with word problems and careless mistakes. In my lessons, I break questions down step by step and guide students to think logically instead of guessing. I also help students develop proper working methods and exam strategies.
My online lessons are organised, interactive, and paced according to each student’s ability. I aim to build confidence, clarity, and long-term understanding, not just short-term improvement in marks.
