About MARLENE
My name is Marlene, I'm 22 years old, I study applied psychology, and if I were an animal, I'd probably be a giraffe. Sweden is my heart's country, and I simply love the language. Last year, I had the opportunity to work there as a nanny, and I can say it was a very happy time for me. The people are incredibly kind and helpful, and once you speak a little of the language, they're also very chatty :)
Swedes live a slower life in some ways, with fewer rules and good boundaries. Speaking Swedish has a certain ease. The beautiful songs and holidays like Sancta Lucia, Valborg (Wallpurgis Night), and Midsummer are also part of the language for me. You don't have to engage with the culture and the people to learn the language, but I find it lovely :)

Marlene ist super herzlich, kompetent und geduldig.
Mit ihr hat man das Gefühl, dass man alles erreicht. Sie hat den Unterricht von Anfang an auf Schwedisch gehalten, was mir super geholfen hat reinzukommen. Sie kann extrem gut erklären und bis jetzt hatte ich immer Spaß mit ihr.
