About Vinny
I had spent a long time working in hospitality, including building my own business in the field which I lost during Covid. Almost all of my tenure had been spent in leadership roles. I learned very quickly that I really did not enjoy hospitality at all, and actually the thing that had kept me going in my career was supporting the development of my staff and colleagues. When my business had to shut down, I had to go back to the absolute beginning, and I felt pretty defeated. Fortunately, my experience got my foot in the door in a big leisure center. Before starting in hospitality, I had been trying to work in gyms for about 4 years to no avail. I had been training in gyms since I was 14 and they built a brand new one in my school. However, finally being there still felt like something was missing. I was quickly promoted to a senior manager position and discovered the thing that was missing thanks to a colleague of mine, training people. I had taken this member of staff to junior manager in 6 months and finally felt that boost I loved so much. The sibling of this staff member then introduced me to swim teaching, I got qualified, and the rest is history. I’m now fully dedicated to helping people become the absolute best versions of themselves, using my education in training, fitness, and teaching to build the most perfect fitness programmes out there. I believe a lot in training as privately as possible to build confidence in what can otherwise be quite a daunting environment. I like to train in low traffic gyms myself, I always have done, so I understand the importance of personal space, and building an understanding of training before going into a busy gym. I can uniquely offer all of those things.
I also still offer swim teaching to children in 3 different venues. They are based in Enfield and Barnet and available in group sessions, 221, and 121. Please enquire if you are interested in having your children enrolled in our swim program.

I have unique space to offer the widest, and most private experience in London. You can learn or perfect swimming techniques, as well as correct injuries, build muscle, gain fitness, and condition your body in a programme uniquely designed to meet your needs. All can be completely 121 or in small groups up to a max of 6. The gym is located in Hertford and has two rooms, 1 dedicated to cardio and the other dedicated to weight training. The swimming pool I use is located in Barnet. Both have ample parking.
