About Liz
I am a former Scottish Internationalist and Scottish National Team Coach and Manager. I have coached many players from complete beginners, para athletes, local league players, university and school teams. I have played in and coached at World and European Championships. I have been coaching for over 10 years including Scottish Women's National Team, Stirling University, Dunblane Tennis Club. I have worked in junior development at various clubs in Scotland and provided one to one sessions with Junior Internationalists. As a player I won 8 Scottish National titles in singles & doubles. I am also a certified yoga teacher and practitioner.

One to one coaching including stroke development, footwork exercises, service & receive, tactics and shot selection. I specialise in multi-ball training with emphasis on good technique incorporating a variety of spins and shot placement. I also specialise in return from injury or illness training, including working with people with disabilities. This includes using table tennis as rehabilitation for athletes from other sports or none and for therapy. I offer a safe environment to work on low impact movement for joints and muscles, hand/eye co-ordination, brain stimulation, cardio and strength work. Club and schools coaching for players at various levels where I can tailor sessions to group needs whilst making it fun. I can help with goal setting and competition preparation. I can offer lessons at home on your own table or at a local sports centre as required.

Perfect! Liz gave myself, my husband and my 9 year old a lesson and pinpointed our strengths and weaknesses and gave immediate tips to improve our game. My son especially improved drastically straight away. It was also really fun!
Perfect! She coached my two kids in table tennis. I highly recommend her to anyone who want to improve their table tennis skills. She has high standard of technique and teaches my kids with patience. My kids enjoy her every lessons.

Liz makes learning how to play table tennis fun. She is patient and encouraging as you learn new techniques. Liz adjusts her level of play to allow you to get a good back-and-forth play, building your confidence as well as your skill level. It's also very cool to see her play at her expert level with ease and enjoyment!
