About Michael
I started learning Tai-Chi in Golders Green, London with my teacher Ursula Smilde in 1979. She was a student of Gerda Geddes, the first person to teach Tai-Chi in the UK in 1969. I left London in 1984 and started teaching full time in 1986.

My Tai-Chi classes are one hour long. The first half consists of warm up exercises - Chi Gung and the second half consists of practising the form. It is done very slowly and helps to slow down a busy mind with many recognised health benefits. Suitable for adults and absolute beginners. My new website........(concealed information)
