About Gary
Having spent the majority of my working life in the printing industry, in particular pre-print, I have corrected and edited copy for a variety of different texts for over thirty years. This aspect above all the others I have found to be the most enjoyable, by helping others and also improving my people skills. I employed and managed people successfully for over thirty years. I am an excellent communicator and highly motivated.

I have a love and appreciation of the English language and an awareness of grammar, which has been further improved when I have learnt (and am still learning) other languages. My own experience in French, German and Italian has given me a grip on structures and an insight into some of the problems a learner faces when acquiring a new, or improving their skills, in another language.
